Editor Kamal G turns director with the horror movie Yoogan. The flick has a completely new cast, and has reportedly been filmed with a 4K camera – “the director has tried not to resort to special effects,” said Yoogan’s spokesperson. The team has also used “horror make-up” on the cast, which is more effective than VFX. Kamal G has worked on many movies including Vu and Onnume Puriyala. Along with cinematographer Ravi Arumugam – former assistant of cameraman Shakthi – the team is working quite hard to create a Hollywood style thriller movie.
