Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan’s next film is with national award-winning filmmaker TK Rajeev Kumar, and has been titled Amma Nanna Aata in Telugu. The Tamil and Malayalam versions have no title as yet. Set to go on floors early next year, the film will be predominantly shot in the US. Tipped to be a romantic comedy for a middle-class audience, the film also features Amala and veteran actress Zarina Wahab. According to a source, Amala will have cameo, while Zarina plays a central character. Kamal is reportedly on the lookout for another actress to play a leading role. To be produced by Kamal’s home banner, the film is expected to release in the second half of 2016.
