Ragava Lawrence’s upcoming Kanchana 2 will hit theatres on April 17, Sri Thenandal Films announced on Twitter. The horror-comedy movie has been awarded a U/A certificate by the Censor Board. The final run time of Kanchana 2 is two hours and 45 minutes.
Kanchana 2, which has been in the making for almost two years now, is the third part of the Muni franchise. The movie has Ragava Lawrence and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles and Kovai Sarala, Jeya Prakash, Pooja Ramachandran and Madhumitha in the supporting roles. Actress Nithya Menen will also be seen in a cameo appearance.
The movie was earlier called Muni 3: Ganga, but later became Kanchana 2.
