Kangana Ranaut is truly having a dream run. After National-award winning Queen and the most recent Tanu Weds Manu Returns, the actress will be seen in ace director Vishal Bhardwaj’s next. The film titled Rangoon will have Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor sharing screen space with Kangana, said a India Today report.
The film, reportedly, is a love triangle set in the World War II days, on the lines of the 1942 Hollywood classic Casablanca. The report says that this will be Bhardwaj’s most expensive film to date and will be his most musical one.
It is known that the director had initially planned to cast Kareena Kapoor as female lead. Shahid has acted in Bhardwaj’s Haider and Saif Ali Khan had acted in his Omkara.
