Sathyaraj essays an important role in Baahubali. Madhan Karky has written the Tamil dialogues for the bilingual, which is directed by SS Rajamouli. Speaking at a press meet, Sathyaraj said that he was impressed by Karky’s dialogues for Baahubali. “Usually, I don’t remember dialogues from my own films. When I used to go for auditions during those days, I would enact the iconic scenes from Parasakthi and Veerapandiya Kattabomman. But I fell in love with the dialogues that Karky had written for me in Baahubali. I ensured that I memorised them before the take, and delivered the lines with so much pleasure. They are unforgettable.”
Sathyaraj also told us that he had wanted to recite the dialogues at the press meet. “I am so excited and I want to recite the dialogues now. But I mustn’t do that, according to our policy. I have now become a big fan of Karky.”
Baahubali has Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka and Tamannaah in the lead.
