Actress Kavya Madhavan has filed a police complaint after facing incessant trolling and abusive comments on her marriage to Malayalam actor, Dileep. According to a report in The Indian Express, a complaint has been filed with the Ernakulam IG in Kerala.
In the complaint, Kavya has alleged that the Facebook page of her fashion venture Lakshyah.com has been targeted constantly by trolls who posted derogatory comments about her recent marriage to Dileep.
A case has been filed under the IT Act for defamation.
Kavya and Dileep tied the knot on November 25, 2o16 at a hotel in Kochi after months of speculation about their relationship status. The actress was widely speculated to be the reason behind Dileep’s decision to divorce his actress wife, Manju Warrier.
