Actress Keerthi Suresh, who is now acting in Sivakarthikeyan’s Rajini Murugan, has been roped in to play one of the female leads in Kavalai Vendam, to be directed by Deekay of Yaamirukka Bayamey fame. The Times of India has reported that Kavalai Vendam has two heroines. The film’s makers are now looking to sign the second heroine.
Kavalai Vendam, produced by Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment, has Jiiva and Bobby Simhaa in the lead roles. Mukesh will be handling the cinematography while Ruben will be editing the movie. Music director S N Prasad will be composing the tunes for this romantic comedy.
Keerthi Suresh, daughter of yesteryear south Indian actress Menaka Suresh, started her acting career with the Malayalam film Geethanjali, a Mohanlal-starrer directed by Priyadarshan. She is currently shuttling between the sets of Idhu Enna Maayam and Paambu Sattai.
