Director Sai Kiran Adivi has said that his forthcoming release, Kerintha, should not be construed as another Happy Days. Although Adivi was part of the directorial team of Happy Days, he reiterates that his film is much different. Talking to Silverscreen, he said, “My film is a slice-of-life story with memorable characters that’ll be etched in the minds of the audience. It’s about the lead characters and their life experiences explored from different angles such as love, friendship and so on.”
Featuring Sumanth Ashwin, Sri Divya and Tejaswini Madivada in the lead, the film is slated for release on June 12. The film is produced by Dil Raju and has music by Mickey J Meyer.
