Producer Murali Manohar has revealed that talks are on to do a Kochadaiiyaan sequel. The Rajinikanth-starrer has received positive response from fans and critics in Tamil Nadu. But things are different with the Telugu and Hindi versions, admits the producer. “Vikramasimha and Kochadaiiyaan Hindi are not doing as well as we expected, but we are hopeful that will change. All of us are confident that we will get back the investment we made in this project.”
Murali Manohar chose not to comment on the cast and crew details of the sequel. “The project is still being planned. We will make an announcement when we lock it down.”
