Veteran actor Krishnam Raju has squashed rumours that his nephew Prabhas is engaged to a girl from Hyderabad. He recently told Deccan Chronicle, “These are baseless rumours. We don’t know who circulates such things and where do they come from. It is not the first time we are dealing with such rumours.” Rubbishing reports of a planned wedding, Raju said that they’ve never discussed marriage. “If there’s anything, we will announce it to the media first. I request people to not believe in such rumours.” Prabhas gained nationwide popularity after Baahubali was released. The actor is currently preparing to shoot for the second instalment in the Baahubali franchise.
