Lakshmi Menon has lent her voice for a song in Saahasam, f0r which Madhan Karky has penned lyrics. She debuted as a singer with Kukkuru Kukkuru for Oru Oorla Rendu Raja, and received acclaim for her performance.
The music for the film has been scored by Thaman and it is to be noted that the composer had earlier roped in actress Remya Nambeesan for a peppy number. Mohit Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal have also rendered songs for the soundtrack.
Saahasam is actor Prashanth’s comeback vehicle and is produced by his father, Thiagarajan. We hear that an audio launch is planned for the end of this month.
