Lavanya’s First Look from Chaavu Kaburu Challaga Revealed

The makers of the film Chaavu Kaburu Challaga released the first look of Lavanya Tripathi‘s character on Twitter on Saturday.

The film is being directed by debutant Koushik Pegallapati and features Kartikeya Gummakonda in the lead role. It will be presented by Allu Aravind of Geetha Arts and is bankrolled by Bunny Vas under the banner GA2 Pictures.

The lead actors shared the first look poster on their social media handles.

Sharing the poster, Kartikeya wrote:

On October 21, the makers uploaded a video on Twitter, giving a glimpse into the sets of the film which resumed filming four days ago. The shooting resumed when the Centre provided permission to begin shooting again as part of their Unlock guidelines in the wake of Covid-19. In the video, the cast and crew wore masks and attempted to take all necessary precautions.

According to the makers, the film is said to be a dark comedy that narrates the story of a graveyard worker named Basthi Balaraju, who is dissatisfied with the life he is leading. He falls for Mallika, a widow, whom he comes across at the cemetery.

The music is by Jakes Bejoy while Suneel Reddy is in charge of cinematography and Satya G, of editing.

The first glimpse of the film was a video showed that the makers released on September 21. The first look of Kartikeya as Basthi Balaraju was unveiled the same day.

Kartikeya’s last release was the 2019 film 90ML. The Gang Leader actor’s upcoming projects include Valimai, which will also mark his Tamil debut. Tripathi was last seen in Arjun Suravaram. Her next film is sports comedy A1 Express.
