Lingusamy’s Thirrupathy Brothers will produce director H Vinoth’s second film. Vinoth already has three stories in mind for the project. Speaking from his Chennai home, Vinoth said, “I have three completely different stories in mind for my next project. I haven’t discussed them with Lingusamy sir right now, but we are meeting soon. Once we finalise the script, we will announce it.”
While he was tight-lipped about the details of the project, he did tell us a little later that one of these stories would be a “sequel of sorts to Sathuranga Vettai”. “It’s just an idea that I’ve been playing with. Not definite yet. I don’t really know if I should be doing that now.”

Vinoth is really confident about one thing, though – if he has his way, he would love to make Natty Natraj, Sean Roldan and Manobala a part of his next movie. “If it is left to me, I’d definitely get them on-board. Of course, the idea should appeal to my producers as well.”
Meanwhile, Vinoth is also super happy with the response to his debut film, Sathuranga Vettai. He is a satisfied man these days. “My film went head to head with VIP when it released, but still managed to do well. I am very happy we made a 100% profit margin with this project, and I thank all the fans who chose to spend three hours of their time on a film with good content.”
