Actor Mahat, who was last seen in Vijay’s Jilla, will don the lead role in Badam Pista. While talking to a daily, Mahat revealed that he will play a “local-Chennai-boy kind of a role” in the movie. As he is fluent in Madras bashai, the actor declared that working on the film would be a “piece of cake” for him. Interestingly, he will also sport a six-pack for Badam Pista. The flick is directed by Michael, former associate of Aiswaryaa Dhanush and Selvaraghavan.
Badam Pista will go on floors this November, post which Mahat will begin shooting for his next Tamil flick Simbu.
