Shooting of the talkie portions of the Mahesh Babu-starrer Srimanthudu has been completed, and the actor is currently dubbing for the film. Tipped to be a family entertainer, the film, directed by Koratala Siva, chronicles the story of a businessman (Mahesh) who decides to adopt a village.
Srimanthudu is slated for release on Aug 7, and stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead. It is jointly produced by Mahesh Babu and Mythri Movies.
After the dubbing, Mahesh is scheduled to start working on Srikanth Addala’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Brahmotsavam, which will feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Aggarwal and Praneetha Subhash.
