Mahesh Babu – Koratala Siva Film Titled ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’

Mahesh Babu’s next film with director Koratala Siva has been titled Bharath Ane Nenu. The director registered the title recently and fans on social media celebrated this.

The title translates to “I, Bharath” in English, and one fan quickly spoke about a ‘high voltage’ scene where Mahesh Babu will take the oath as Chief Minister!

This will be Mahesh’s 23rd film and the second under Siva’s direction. The shooting will start from January next year. DVV Entertainments will be bankrolling the movie, which will hit the screens in the second half of 2017. Just like other Koratala Siva films, this one too is expected to carry a ‘social message’ in it. Although the heroine of the film has not been confirmed yet, Silverscreen earlier reported that Keerthy Suresh, who was recently signed on as Pawan Kalyan’s leading lady, will be on board for this project as well.

Koratala Siva began his career as a scriptwriter with Ravi Teja’s Bhadr in 2005. Later, he wrote scripts and dialogues for Munna (2007), Okkadunnadu (2007), Simha (2010), Brindavanam (2010), and Oosaravelli (2011). He made his debut as a director with Prabhas’ Mirchi, which was a big hit at the box office. He soon signed on his next two films Srimanthudu (with Mahesh Babu) and Janatha Garage. With all the three films becoming blockbusters, the director has become the second-highest paid Telugu director after SS Rajamouli.

Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu is shooting his next film.  The AR Murugadoss directed project will release in summer next year. The action entertainer is being shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead and Mahesh will be essaying the role of an intelligence officer. The movie is being made on a huge budget of Rs 100 crore.
