Mannara Chopra, who was recently seen in the Hindi erotic thriller Zid, will be acting opposite comedian-turned-hero Sunil in her next film. The actress is the cousin of Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, and made her Telugu debut last year in Prema Geema Janta Nai. According to the film’s director Vamsi Krishna Akella, the search for a suitable heroine who could match Sunil’s comic timing ended with Mannara. The film will be produced by R. Sudharshan Reddy of Prema Katha Chitram fame, and will go on floors this August. Earlier reports suggesting that Mannara had been approached for a role in Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Brahmotsavam had been denied by the actress.
