The Saahasam team shot a special song in the city recently, starring Nargis Fakhri. Called Kaarathil Kaarathil Chilli Iva, no expense was spared in the making of this number – a grand set was specially built for it, and 50 Russian dancers were flown in to be a part of the shooting. A 100 backup dancers were also roped in for the track. Raju Sundaram choreographed the song while Soundararajan handled the cinematography. Madan Karky has penned the lyrics.
A popular actress has been signed on as the female lead for Saahasam, and an official announcement about it is expected soon. Actor Prashanth makes a comeback of sorts with this film and is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the movie becomes a success. His father, Thiagarajan is producing the flick while Arun Raj Varma debuts as the director.
