Earlier this year, Nayanthara signed a film with Arivazhagan of Kuttram 24 and Eeram fame. However after SP Cinemas backed out from producing the project, there were rumours that the film was dropped. However, sources now reveal that the film is very much on the cards and Nayanthara is expected to shoot once the producer is finalized.
According to a report in The News Minute: “Nayanthara has come forward to help Arivazhagan find a producer for the project as she is very keen on doing the film. It must be noted that it was Nayanthara who helped director Gopi Nainar find a producer for his path breaking film Aramm when she came on board.”Earlier, there were rumors that Nayanthara bankrolled her film Aramm.

Meanwhile, the actress has now started shooting for a horror film with the Aramm producer. Dubbed Nayan 63, the untitled project is directed by Sarjun, who rose to fame with the controversial short film, Lakshmi.
Nayanthara is currently busy with Ajith’s Viswasam, Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Aramm 2 directed by Gopi Nainar. Apart from these, she also has Imaikka Nodigal and another film with Sivakarthikeyan which is to be directed by M Rajesh later this year.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara is awaiting the release of Kolamaavu Kokila.
