The latest news doing the rounds is that actress Nayanthara has been roped in for a ‘special appearance’ in Lingaa. With her addition, the movie now has three heroines – Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Shetty and the Idhu Namma Aalu star. British actress Lauren J Irwin has also canned some scenes for the movie.
This marks Nayanthara’s third ‘item song’ with the superstar, the first two being her appearances in Sivaji and Kuselan. Interestingly, after the success of her Raja Rani movie, the actress has stopped doing item numbers; and this time, she reportedly agreed just to please director KS Ravikumar.
