Actress Nikki Galrani, who was last seen in Yagavarayinum Naa Kaaka, has opted herself out of director Deekay’s Kavalai Vendam, citing date issues. Confirming the news, actress Nikki stated that it was recently that she received the latest schedule dates of Kavalai Vendam, and she decided to opt out of the movie as it collided with the dates of another film. The actress also added that she regretted her decision of leaving Kavalai Vendam team as it has a fabulous script.

Kavalai Vendam, featuring Jiiva in as the male lead, has faced several delays in the past. Earlier, Keerthi Suresh was on board for the film and a first look poster featuring Jiiva and Keerthi Suresh was launched. But, later she opted out of the project. The team is now on the look out for a new heroine for Kavalai Vendam.
