French Police have arrested 16 suspects in connection to the robbery of US reality TV star Kim Kardashian West, at a hotel room in Paris, in October 2016.
One of the suspects as per the police is 72 years old and while the rest are in their early 50s. The star was gagged, bound, and held hostage at gunpoint during the attempt. The 36-year-old star lost around $10.5 m worth of jewelry. Kim has largely disappeared from public eye since the robbery scare in Paris. The star was alone in the hotel room as her bodyguard was away at a club with her sisters.

The French Police matched the DNA left in the hotel room with the suspects and that lead to the arrests. The suspects have been detained after early morning raids in Paris, Normandy, and the French Riviera. Detectives are said to hold the suspects for up to 96 hours for questioning them.
A trailer from the new series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians shows Kim in tears as she recalled the robbery. She said the robbers threatened to shoot her in the back. “There was no way out,” she told the family members.
