The first schedule of the upcoming masala movie, Poojai, is progressing rapidly. And now, we hear that a huge set resembling the Coimbatore market has been erected to film some sequences in the movie. Apparently, no expense was spared by the team to make the set as realistic as possible. Starring actor Vishal Krishna who also doubles up as producer, the movie marks the return of Shruti Haasan in a lead role. Actress Kousalya, most famous for her family-oriented roles in the nineties, also makes a comeback with this film. Mukesh Tiwary, Sathyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar, Jayaprakash and Soori star in this ‘triangular action story’ which will begin in Coimbatore and end in Patna. Yuvan Shankar Raja composes music. The movie is gunning for a Diwali 2014 release.
