Singer Mano escaped with minor injuries after he suffered a terrible fall onstage at a concert in Singapore last week. While performing at an AR Rahman Live concert, the singer apparently fell off the stage onto a hydraulic lift. After the fall, Mano was heard speculating what happened to the lift after the accident.

We caught up with Mano at a recent event and he laughed away the incident. “There was some miscommunication with the stage assistants of the show. They forgot to tell me that the lift had already gone below (stage) to pick up AR Rahman and i walked back and fell into a hole! Thankfully, I escaped”, he laughs. Mano fans can rest assured, the fall has in no way affected the singer’s booming voice.
