After being a successful choreographer, actor, and director, Prabhu Deva is now venturing into production with his home banner Prabhudeva Studios. The first set of films funded by him will be announced on August 3. In a press release, he said that his aim would be to produce quality films that are rich in content. He also said that creative talent shouldn’t be curtailed because of cultural and linguistic barriers.
According to sources, Prabhu Deva was impressed with Romeo Juliet and wanted to produce a Hindi remake. However, there has been no official confirmation as yet.
Prabhu Deva is currently directing the Hindi film Singh Is Bling 2, which stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson.
