Actresses Priyanka Chopra and Meghan Markle are good friends and everybody active on social media probably knows this.
What a lot of people didn’t know was whether Priyanka would be one of the bride’s maids or not. Putting all those rumours and doubts to rest, Priyanka has confirmed that she will be attending Meghan’s impending royal nuptials slated to take place next month.

While at Cîroc and Variety‘s Empowered Brunch in New York City on Wednesday, Priyanka admitted that she had received her invitation, but she hasn’t decided on a dress yet. During an appearance on PeopleNow, Priyanka also addressed the bride’s maid rumours, saying that she hasn’t been asked to be one but she’s looking forward to the wedding.
“It’s not just going to be life-changing for the two of them. I think it’s life-changing for the world, that needs to see strong women as icons, and I feel like Meghan has the potential to be that. She’s just a really real girl,” she said.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will get married at St George’s Chapel on May 19. Kensington Palace revealed in a string of tweets that the couple had taken “a great deal of interest and care in choosing the music for their service”, adding the music chosen would include a number of well-known hymns and choral works.
