According to sources close to the Chimbudevan-directed film Puli, the audio launch of the highly anticipated movie is likely be held on August 2. Preparations for a grand audio launch are being carried out in full swing. An official confirmation of the revised date is expected shortly.

Earlier reports had suggested that the audio launch would take place on July 14. However, it appears that the artists couldn’t make those dates, and hence the launch had to be postponed.
Recently, the teaser of the film was released as a part of actor Vijay’s birthday celebrations. The teaser has garnered over 4 million views, and is nearing a staggering 5 million hits.
Puli stars Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika in the lead, while Prabhu, Nandita, Sridevi, Sudeep, Vidyullekha Raman, Robo Shankar and Thambi Ramaiah make up the supporting cast. Produced by SKT Studios, the film has music scored by Devi Sri Prasad.
