Shooting of director Chimbudevan’s upcoming film Puli has been wrapped up, confirmed a source close to the production team. It is said that the last scene of the movie was filmed in and around the famous Tiger Temple in Thailand. Also, the team canned some important sequences in the famous Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
Several reports suggest that the first look of the movie will be unveiled on June 22, which marks the 40th birthday of actor Vijay. However, we still haven’t received any confirmation on the same. The post production work for the movie is going on at a rapid pace and the Puli team is planning to release the movie sometime in September.
Puli was also shot near Talakkona falls where a massive set resembling a village was erected.
The star cast includes Vijay, Hansika and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles alongside Sridevi, Sudeep, Prabhu, Nandita, Vidyullekha Raman and many more artistes in supporting roles.
