Actor Rahman has a major role in Sankalp Reddy’s space thriller. The actor began shooting for his portion in the film recently and says that the novelty factor in this project is exciting.

“Sankalp made our first submarine film so for him, cinematically, the next less explored genre is space. The movie has extensive special effects and its great to be at a time and age where technology has really elevated the movie watching experience to such a great level. So many things are possible these days and it’s heartening. It is a healthy trend,” Rahman said.
While he refused to divulge details of his role, he did mention that it would be an interesting character. “The role is challenging, as is the movie. It was nice to try and interpret the role in my own way.”
Filming is underway at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. According to a spokesperson, the art direction team has outdone itself in an effort to build a ‘space’ set.
Aditi Rao Hydari is the female lead of this film.
