Actor Ram Pothineni, who is currently shooting for two films, Shivam and Harikatha, may play the lead in the Telugu remake of the Malayalam film, Premam. Premam has successfully entered its sixth week in theatres. While official confirmation on Ram’s inclusion is awaited, his uncle Sravanti Ravi Kishore is likely to produce the remake and has already acquired the rights for a large price. The rest of the cast will be finalized shortly. Currently, the makers are looking for a suitable director. The film is likely to go on floors next year.
