Salman Khan has tweeted a picture of Om Puri from the sets of their film Tubelight. Tubelight will now become Om Puri’s last film. The veteran actor passed away this Friday after a heart attack.
Celebrities across India have gone on Twitter to express their shock and grief over the loss. Salman Khan, who was shooting with Puri in Kabir Khan’s Tubelight, shared a picture of the two of them:

Director Kabir Khan, who also worked with Puri in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, was in for a rude shock as he heard of the loss. He tweeted:

Tubelight is yet to complete its shooting.
The news of his death came as a shock to his fans and friends in the industry, as Puri was only 66. Nevertheless, the industry stalwart has left behind a brilliant body of work that will be irreplaceable. His noteworthy performances include Ghayal (1990), Arohan (1982), and Ardh Satya (1983). He won the National Award for Best Actor for his performances in Arohan and Ardh Satya. At the time of his death, the actor had a couple of projects in hand and was shooting for Kabir Khan’s Tubelight along with Salman Khan.
