Sam Anton, whose directorial debut is Darling, will direct the Tamil remake of Telugu film Run Raja Run. The flick will be produced by Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green.

At the press meet of Darling, Gnanavel Raja said, “I was impressed by Sam Anton. He is hardworking and clever. I asked him to finish Darling in 33 days. He completed as I had requested. Hence I thought he would do a great job with the Tamil remake of Run Raja Run too.”
He added that another announcement will be made about the cast and crew.
Run Raja Run, directed by Sujeeth, had Sharwanand in the lead. Ghibran composed music.
