Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen alongside actor Sivakarthikeyan in an upcoming film. The actress made the announcement through her official Twitter account yesterday.

Directed by Ponram, the film will have music by D.Imman and is scheduled to begin filming early next year. The movie will be produced by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios which also bankrolled Sivakarthikeyan’s Remo. This is the fourth production venture of the company.

The movie has the director-actor duo teaming up for the third time after Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan. This movie also sees comedian Soori alongside Sivakarthikeyan. Said to be an action thriller, reports indicate that Sivakarthikeyan will undergo a makeover for his role in this film.
This movie which is scheduled for a 2017 Diwali release, marks the actor’s first Diwali release. The actor also awaits the release of his upcoming movie Remo with actress Keerthy Suresh, slated for an October 7 release.
