Samuthirakani plays an ambulance driver and Vikranth plays an attendant. Samuthirakani has also written and directed the film. According to reports, Ilaiyaraaja may be roped in to compose the music.

Earlier, Jayam Ravi had been cast as the male lead. However, Ravi has reportedly backed out of the project.
