According to ToI, Shraddha Das pulled out of the film due to unavoidable reasons. “Shraddha was in Chennai to shoot for the number, but due to unavoidable reasons, she couldn’t shoot. The makers wanted to immediately get on board a popular actress who could also pull off a heavy-duty dance number within a short duration. So, they got in touch with Sana and sent her the track,” said a source.

The actress is said to have loved the track, prompting her to take up the offer. “Though she’d rejected a few song offers in Kollywood before, she loved what she heard and wanted to be a part of the song. It’s a peppy number, composed by Sam CS and penned by Rokesh, and will feature a club-like setup. She flew down to Chennai the next day and started shooting for the number. Since she’s a good dancer as well, it was easy for both her and the team,” added the source.

Meanwhile, Vishal sustained an injury during the shoot for one of the difficult steps of a song sequence. An injury that the actor sustained while filming an action sequence got aggravated and he was advised rest, said the source. “The shoot days had to be extended because the makers wanted this club number to come out well. In fact, Vishal took care of the expenses of the last day of the shoot.”
