The ‘director’s cut’ teaser of the Sarath Kumar starrer Sandamarudham will be released today. The movie was launched on May 14 at a temple in Mylapore and has been progressing at a rapid pace. Directed by A Venkatesh, the film sees Sarath Kumar essaying dual roles – as that of the hero and the villain. Interestingly, the actor has also penned the story and dialogues for the movie while his wife Radhika Sarathkumar is financing the project under her Magic Frames banner. While Raai Laxmi was signed on to play an important role in the film, she reportedly quit when the script was changed and left her with a limited role. Actresses Sarayu and Avani Modi play the female leads in the movie.
