Actor-politician Sarathkumar has filed a complaint with the Deputy Commissioner of Police S Jayakumar at the Central Crime Branch, seeking action against unidentified person(s) who have registered fake accounts under the actor’s name on several social networking platforms. The case is currently being investigated by the police officials.
The New Indian Express has reported that the actor feels that these fake accounts have been created by people to ‘undermine his image and reputation’. Sarathkumar has also stated that these accounts share ‘outdated photos and information’ about him.
Recently, director Hari had filed a case with the police officials to take down his fake Twitter account.
