Actor and director Sasikumar has started shooting for his next film Vetrivel, directed by Vasanthamani. The team is now on the look out for a suitable heroine. Actors Shankar, Prabhu, Thambi Ramaiah and Renuka already a part of the lead cast. Shooting of Vetrivel commenced today with an official pooja held in Thanjavur.
Music director D Imman and cinematographer SR Kathir are on board the technical team. Ravindran Production and Trident Arts will be jointly funding this project.
Sasikumar has just finished shooting for director Bala’s Thara Thappattai. The actorjoined the sets of Vetrivel without giving himself a break. Sasikumar has previously directed successful films like Subramanyapuram and Easan .
