Cinematographer turned director Vijay Milton, at a recent press meet, hinted that the script of Goli Soda 2 was ready, and he himself would be producing and directing the movie. Vijay Milton added that he would commence the film when the lead child actors Kishore, Sreeram, Seetha, Pandi, Murugesh and Chandini are old enough for the roles.

Goli Soda 2 script is on the same lines of its prequel, but the story is set in the backdrop of a college.
