Aadhi At The U Turn Press Meet

The second look and motion poster of Aadhi Pinisetty starrer Clap has just dropped. Helmed by debutant Prithvi Aditya, the film has been bankrolled by IB Karthikeyan under his Big Print Pictures banner along with co-producers P Prabha Prem, G Manoj and G Sri Harsha under their PMM Films and Cuts and Glory Studios respectively.

The poster features Aadhi proudly holding out a wooden starter clapper used for commencing athletic events. The motion poster too comprises the same, except for an announcement of the main technicians preceding it.

Big Print Pictures took to Twitter to release the poster on the actor’s birthday.

Producer IB Karthikeyan of Big Print Pictures has said that the team has almost completed the post-production work and will make announcements on the film’s audio, trailer, and theatrical release eventually. “We are happy to unveil the film’s new look on this special occasion of Aadhi’s birthday. The young and vibrant cast and crew have been pushing the bar. I can see each and every member treating this film seriously and putting their heart and soul into it, especially director Prithvi Aditya,” said Karthikeyan.

He adds, “I am happy with the way Clap has shaped up. Aadhi has performed with impeccable dedication. He looks as natural as an athlete. Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup are no different and have also done an outstanding job. We are awaiting the re-recording of Maestro Ilayaraja sir, which we believe is going to be the prize for our hard work.”

The film is touted to be a sports drama dealing with ‘athletic sports’. Clap will feature Akansha Singh and Krisha Kurup opposite Aadhi with Nasser, Prakash Raj, Munishkanth, Mime Gopi, and Brahmaji playing significant roles. Isaignani Ilaiyaraja is composing music, Jiivi and Star Sports show Mannin Maindhargal fame Praveen Kumar is cranking the camera with Ragul on edit and Vairabalan on art. Dinesh Kumar will choreograph the dance while Sakthi Saravanan choreographs stunt.

Recently, a huge railway station set worth more than fifty lakhs was constructed at the Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad for a song sequence starring Sigaram Thodu fame Monal Gajjar alongside Aadhi.

The Tamil-Telugu bilingual has been shot in Chennai and Hyderabad.
