Selvaraghavan will shoot his next film in the US. The project’s producer, Sushant Prasad of Film Department said, “We have started shooting in Hyderabad. USA and Kumbakonam are other locations we are planning to shoot in.”

Sushant also revealed that it was his idea to cast Santhanam as the male lead in the project. “I was the one who suggested Santhanam’s name to Selva sir. The director readily accepted it. I thought the role would fit him well, since he is known for his sense of humour and also, the film is a romantic comedy,” he said.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing music for the romantic film that is set to release in 2017. “This time the duo Selva and Yuvan will bring back a successful album. They are keenly working on it.” Contrary to reports, Regina Cassandra does not have a role in this film. Adhiti has been signed on to play the female lead in this urban romance that has Selvaraghavan very excited.
