Shahid Kapoor is ‘dying’ to work with father, Pankaj, on a new film. The duo earlier collaborated for Mausam, in which Shahid, and Sonam Kapoor played star-crossed lovers. The film met with a lukewarm response.

“I’m dying to do a film with my father. Shaandaar didn’t do justice to us at all. I want to do something which is exciting, as father and son. Let’s see if anything comes our way,” Shahid said.
Meanwhile, the actor is looking forward to the release of his Rangoon, in which he is part of a love triangle that also includes Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan. Also in the offing is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati, a historical that has Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone in major roles.
