“My character in Ivan Thanthiran is in stark contrast to my role in U Turn. Here, I play Asha, a hard working girl belonging to a middle-class background. The plot is how Asha is affected by the prevailing educational system and political problems associated with it. I loved the way it has shaped up.”
Ivan Thanthiran also stars Gautham Karthik in the film, and is directed by Kannan. The film is expected to release this Friday (30 June). The team is currently touring Tamil Nadu to promote the film.
