Siddharth will act in Karthik Subbaraj’s short film soon. Speaking at the launch of Stone Bench, his company, Karthik Subbaraj said, “When I met some of the European short filmmakers, they said they don’t aspire to become mainstream directors. They told me that they would continue to make short films. I wish that attitude is adapted by filmmakers here.” Karthik Subbaraj added that he will make more short films under his banner Bench Talkies and the shorts will be screened at Sathyam Cinemas. “Siddharth has agreed to act in one of them. And Balaji Mohan will direct a short film for my banner.”
