Popular Chennai-based socialite and actor Prabhu Laksshman ‘Buddy’ passed away this afternoon after a heart attack. Prabhu Laksshman, aged 47, was well-connected with a number of notable Kollywood celebrities, and a regular presence at most of the city’s events. Fondly known as ‘Buddy’ Prabhu, he acted in Oh Kadhal Kanmani, as one ofDulquer Salmaan’s friends.
He was also the co-Chairman of the PSNA College of engineering and Technology, Dindigul for 25 years. He is a member of the Academic Council at Anna University, Chennai. His last rites will be held at Dindigul on Friday.
