Director SR Prabhakaran has been signed on by Escape Artists Motion Pictures for a new movie. While details about this project are being kept under wraps, an official announcement is expected soon.
SR Prabhakaran shot to fame with the village drama Sundarapandian starring his mentor Sasikumar and Vijay Sethupathi. But his last attempt – the romantic comedy Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal, starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Nayanthara – did not perform as expected at the box office.
