The upcoming Malayalam sports-comedy Sudani From Nigeria released a teaser showing the central character portrayed by Soubin Sahir.
The teaser shows Soubin Sahir, Majid driving with his friends to see a girl for his marriage.
He tells the girl that after marriage she has to be at home taking care of his mother and to which she replies that we can consider, only if I like you. The final minutes of the teaser shows a disappointed Majid who understands that the girl didn’t like him at all. The major reason is his failed education.
The film directed by debutant writer-director Zakariya tells the story of a Nigerian player, played by Samuel Abiola Robinson, who comes to Kerala and joins a Sevens football team in Malappuram.
The film co-produced by Sameer Thahir and Shyju Khalid under Happy Hours Entertainments who has previously bankrolled movies like Chandrettan Evideya and Dulqueer Salman starrer Kali. Shyju Khalid has done the cinematography for this movie. Rex Vijayan and Shahabaz Aman together composed the music.
The film is set to release on March 23.
