Vil Ambu, Suseenthiran’s venture after the successful Aadhalal Kadhal Seiveer, is in the post-production stage and might release in July. Starring Sri and Harish Kalyan of Poriyaalan fame, Vil Ambu is a story of two youngsters, who get their lives caught in circumstances they have no control on.

“Set in Coimbatore, 90% of the film was canned at live locations and it was quite a task to shoot in the midst of traffic and unassuming public” said Harish, who plays a typical middle-class youngster in the movie. Harish said that producer Suseenthiran called him up after watching the rushes of the film and praised his performance. “He was unsure of how my character would be seen on screen, but he appreciated the way I portrayed it” said an excited Harish.
Directed by Ramesh Subramaniam, Vil Ambu stars Shrusti Dange and Samskruthy Shenoy as the female leads. Moreover, actress Chandini will be essaying a crucial role. The audio album, composed by Arrora, has three songs sung by Anirush, GV Prakash and Imman.
