Tinu Pappachan is making his directorial debut with Malayalam film Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil, the trailer of which was released recently. He has previously worked as an assistant director to Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil is co-produced by Lijo Jose Pellissery and his Angamaly Diaries writer-actor, Chemban Vinod Jose. Both have supporting roles in the film.

The lead character of the movie is Antony Varghese, who played the role of Pepe in Angamaly Diaries last year which was a huge critical and commercial success.
The trailer opens to a central prison in Kerala, where Varghese’s character, Jacob is lodged. His name is revealed by Chemban Vinod Jose’s character. The trailer is pacy and packed with blink-and-you’ll-miss moments.
Packed with action sequences and edgy camera angles, the film will revolve around prison wars. Written by Dileep Kurian, the music is given by Jakes Bejoy.
