The Telugu remake of the Tamil film Thani Oruvan will be launched on January 16, 2016. Directed by Surender Reddy, the remake will star Ram Charan Teja. “While the film will be launched on January 16, the makers are planning to start shooting from February 2016. In the interim, the rest of the cast will be finalised,” a source told Silverscreen.in. Ram Charan Teja will portray an IPS officer. The remake also stars Arvind Swamy in his original role.
